If only there were balatro-like bosses or a way to increase the number of objects u can hold this would be a perfect game

Nice game.

Thank you! ❤️

Fun game but as a person with not the best eyes the font makes it impossible to distinguish between the d10 and the d20. Like in this image can anyone tell me whether this is a d10 or a d20? I genuinely have no idea because I would assume it's a d20 but on what I thought was a d20 run I had nothing but d10's so 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for your feedback on the font! This is very important to hear because I've not heard any complaints about the text legibility yet, but I do want the game to be as accessible as possible, so I will see what I can do to improve this.

Glad to help. Bearing in mind that I'm not a game developer so I don't know how difficult this would be to implement but one suggestion I have that could maybe fix this problem would be to have several font options to choose from some of which might be larger or more clear for people with bad vision. But again I'm not a developer so I don't know if that's a reasonable fix

I also downloaded the windows version which still has the same issue but seems to be significantly better than the web version for some reason

I keep coming back to this game... I might have a problem, lol

I didn't realize you could increase the number of dice at first because of the itch overlay... My first win was with five d20s, lol

Thanks so much for playing! Winning with 5 dice needs to be an achievement! I think you have more wins than me 🤣
New build coming sooooon... 👀

Oh yeah !

Tips for winning :

- Buy every dice you can

- Buy the best items you find

- Sell anytime, as sell price is always 50% of buy price it's always worth it

- Sell Tiny dice to buy biggest one whenever you can

fun!

a bug: the price for rerolls and hand upgrades seems to carry over every run. refreshing the page re-sets the price.

Thank you for pointing this out!

Balatro inspired, but is actually good

One small nitpick for web gameplay is that i couldn't find where the "target" is the first rounds:

Good job man!

10/10

Turn this into a full game!

❤️❤️❤️

Working on it!

This is an amazing game, But there seems to be some predictability with how the dice roll. It is very unlikely to get the same number 3 times in a row in real life but that happens every other game here.

Thanks for your comment! I have not noticed this myself, but will look out for it as I continue to develop the game. The dice values are calculated based on the die's orientation, which is controlled by the physics engine, so it should be properly random. 🤷‍♂️

Once you get a lot of dices, every round it takes forever for the goal to increase and every time you reroll you have to wait for ages for it to count all the dices. Aside from that i really like the game, good job

Thanks for your feedback! I've since released an update that fixes this balancing issue.

Wish the dice had a bigger area to fling around in. And that they were easier to select. But fun!

I'm not usually an unlucky person but I've rolled so many nat 1s that I'm starting to believe I'm cursed.

Fun game overall, but it gets a little too easy once you get a good start. I stopped playing at round 23 with a final score of 2039 because the lag became unbearable.

You are right, once you get enough money it basically becomes impossible to lose. I didn't have time during the jam to playtest thoroughly, but I'll probably make a post-jam version that addresses these balancing issues.
Thanks for playing!

Super fun and pretty game! High score was 783 on Round 21, love the emergent midgame strategy that comes from the dice being able to knock others around when you reroll.

Fun little game. My high score was 581.

Round 15. Goal: 170. Roll: 612. Lag: All of it.
